It has hardcoded EN subs. A streaming link only, you’d probably have to jump through some hoops with appropriate software in order to download it.
An extremely dynamic and arresting short — perhaps a bit too much of a good thing, even at the 8 min.s runtime ? — for which the filmmakers were laterr themselves briefly arrested by the authorities for doing this, according to reports. Nice resolution on this copy. There is also an interesting “making of” featurette about it, possibly on Youtube ? I’d have to look around for the link.
