A young french girl arrives at Montevideo to interview famous Uruguayan writer Juan Carlos Onetti and do some research on the history of the city. She’s interested in finding pictures of the day president Baltasar Brum committed suicide in plain view and also pictures of a zeppelin flying over the city, at the end of the 19th century.
